Terms of sale

1. Seller
These terms apply to sales made on yachtclubacademy.com between YR Brokerage FZ-LLC (registration number 5036944, FDRK9097 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates) and any person who buys the ebook (the “customer”).
2. Product
The ebook “Introduction to the Yacht Broker Profession” in PDF format, in English and in French, together with the content listed on the sales page. It is digital content supplied without any physical medium.
3. Price
The price is €99.99 including all taxes, the final amount paid by the customer with no extra fees, for the first 100 buyers. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
4. Order and payment
Payment is made online through Stripe. YR Brokerage FZ-LLC never has access to your full card details. The order is final once Stripe confirms the payment.
5. Delivery
As soon as payment is confirmed, the ebook is available on the confirmation page and sent by email to the address entered at checkout. The download link is personal, valid for 7 days and limited to 5 downloads. It can be sent again on request to the same email address.
The purchase includes both the English and the French versions of the ebook.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a physical medium when performance begins with the consumer's prior express consent and express acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost.
Before payment, the customer ticks the box “I want my ebook right away: I waive the 14-day withdrawal period to receive it immediately”. Payment cannot start without it. A confirmation of this consent is sent by email with the download link.
7. Refunds
As the ebook is delivered instantly, no refund is given once the download link has been made available, unless the file is faulty or could not be delivered. In that case, the customer writes to yachtclubacademy@gmail.com: we first provide a replacement file or a new link, and we give a full refund if we cannot solve the problem.
8. Licence
The ebook is for personal use only. Reselling, distributing, sharing or reproducing it, even in part, is prohibited without written permission from YR Brokerage FZ-LLC.
9. Liability
The ebook is training and information content. It is not a promise of results, income or employment. Results depend on each person and on many external factors.
10. Personal data
How we process data is described in the privacy policy.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah. This choice does not deprive a consumer customer of the protection granted by the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence, nor of the option to bring a claim before the courts of that country where the law allows it.
